Mr. Sackett attended Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!) and has a degree in Technology Education. He is currently working on his masters in Curriculum and Instruction through McDaniel College.

Mr. Sackett is currently in his fourth year of teaching at South River. He teaches the following classes:

• Principles of Engineering (STEM)
• Engineering Design and Development
